Types Of Executive Search
This is our most common executive search arrangement. You see a wider pool of candidates at no extra cost. We earn our compensation only if you decide to hire a candidate though us. Agility offers hassle-free logistics, well-prepared candidates, advice about sourcing and retaining the best candidates, and a long-term, professional relationship with members of our team.
Many of our candidates are available for short and long term contracts. If you have a short term need for certain expertise, we will agree upon an hourly, daily, or a weekly fee for the suitable candidate. A long-term solution can be agreed upon when appropriate.
Clients retain Agility for an exclusive project undertaken to identify senior executives, new board members, and/or highly specialized searches.
When targeting a certain number of candidates for a position, we agree upon a number of pre-screened resumes to be provided based on pre-established criteria.
On-Demand Executive Services
Agility provides an on-site consultant to perform a variety of activities from resume sourcing to interviewing. Clients often use this option to build better internal recruiting practices.
